FOOD

Grazing Table

Our signature private event food option containing multiple meats, cheeses, veggies, dips breads/crackers, nuts, olives, and small sandwiches including a vegetarian option. (Please see below for photos of the Reserva Grazing Table)

Grazing Table bookings also include Coffee/Hot Tea and all necessary condiments provided by The Crafted Kup and non-alcoholic beverages such as water and soft drinks (Premium non-alcoholic beverages are not included.)

As Reserva does not offer large-scale desserts and cakes, private events are more than welcomed to supply these on their own at with no additional fee or cost associated.

$30/person (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Morning/Afternoon)

BEVERAGE OPTIONS
(Select from choices below)

1) Open Bar - Tab will be settled at the end of the event.

2) Limited Open Bar - Select options will be made available based on your choices. This allows you to exclude some of the higher priced beverage items if you choose. 

3) Open Bar with Price Cap - Guests order freely up to a certain dollar amount set by you. After that amount is reached it becomes a cash bar. 

4) Cash Bar - Guests pay for all alcoholic and premium non-alcoholic beverages.

MUSIC/ ENTERTAINMENT
Music played over Reserva's house speakers from our playlists or one of your playlists. If you choose to bring a band the house sound system is available. Any cost associated with live entertainment is the party's responsibility. 

ADDITIONAL COST
There is no rental fee for the use of the space Sunday -Thursday, and Friday and Saturdays before 5pm. Friday and Saturday nights and Sundays before 5pm will incur an additional site fee. Please contact us for more information.


Taxes, gratuity, and any service charges are not included in the cost per person but will be added to the final quote. 

Deposit:  A deposit equal to the food-related costs or site fee (if applicable) is required to reserve the date. Deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days before the date of the event. The remaining balance of the food, service fee, open bar tabs, and 20% gratuity will be due at the end of the event.

MISC

Minimum guest count for any private event is 30 people. Please contact us for more information if you are interested in an event with less than 30 people.

For any daytime private event please be aware that the entire party, including any decorations, MUST be broken down and cleared out of the space no later than 4:30pm to allow the bar to be reset for our regular service unless otherwise approved by Reserva.

Our maximum occupancy seated is 70 however we can easy accommodate up to 90 for private events when most people are mingling throughout the space.
